About the Speakers
Program Administrator, Healthcentric Advisors
Chris Hopwood is the Program Administrator for Quality Reporting at Healthcentric Advisors, where she assists New England providers in aligning CMS value based programs. Ms. Hopwood earned a MS in Engineering in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University and a graduate certificate in Workforce eLearning Performance Support to address organizational performance issues in a systematic, and ethical manner in accordance to the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) standards.
Sr. Program Coordinator, Healthcentric Advisors
Robert has been with Healthcentric Advisors since April. He assists with the eligible clinicians and practices on the QPP for MIPS Medicare in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Healthcentric Advisors provides technical assistance via phone or in-person to any practice that needs help with the MIPS program. Previously, Rob worked with an IPA in Rhode Island as a Sr. Data Analyst assisting over 150 physicians on quality metrics and coding.

Founder and CEO, Chiron Health
Andrew O’Hara is Founder and CEO of Chiron Health, an Austin, TX-based telemedicine company. As the architect of Chiron’s telemedicine insurance rules engine, he has been active in telemedicine reimbursement policy discussions both on Capitol Hill and at Health IT industry conferences.
